Strategic Case Study Analysis
In Semester II students were given a strategy case study to assess, evaluate, and critique. We were given two weeks to complete the open book exam which involved reviewing the case of a fictional wind and solar equipment manufacturer.
Based on the provided case study, we were then asked to answer three questions:
- Identifying the key strategic issues that the company is facing.
- Make one recommendation to address one of the issues mentioned above.
- Critically reflect on the case using a blue ocean strategy perspective.
